European Championships, Next Lesson Saturday 11th May.

There will be a club grading on Saturday the 25th May 2013
at St Peters church hall, Eastbourne Grove, Westcliff-on-sea
from 11:45-12:45 this will follow a lesson from 11:00-11:40.

A squad of 12 entered the Toyakwai East England Karate Championships. Well done to all that competed, we came away with 8 medals:
